Palesa Tshikambe

My name is Palesa Tshikambe, and I am currently employed at Simanye, where I hold the position of Senior Analyst.

I help organizations navigate the complexities of BEE regulations, develop strategies for compliance, and optimize their BEE scorecards.

I possess 11 years of industry experience and hold a BCom Accounting degree and a BCom Honours degree. I have also successfully completed the BEE MDP.

My work holds meaning in contributing to a more inclusive and equitable society and plays a pivotal role in shaping the economic transformation of our country.

I like working for Simanye because it has a positive work culture with a friendly and collaborative environment. Prior to joining Simanye, I had been working as an analyst within the domain of verification agencies.
